Connect Spotlight on Unix to Ubuntu

Spotlight on Unix is a graphical monitoring application made by Quest Software. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Ubuntu. To get it to work, you have to reconfigure /bin/sh to spawn a BASH shell. By default, /bin/sh spawns a DASH shell. Do
dpkg-reconfigure dash
Choose no. Spotlight on Unix should now work with your Ubuntu machine. Be aware that this could break any package that specifically relies on DASH.

Also, make sure you install the sysstat package.
