Convert PEM crt SSL certificate to pfx

To convert an SSL certificate from PEM (crt) format to PFX, use openssl like so:

openssl pkcs12 -export -out newfile.pfx -inkey oldkeyfile.key -in oldcrtfile.crt -certfile oldcabundle.ca-bundle
